After living for the past few years in the worst part of Modesto, my husband and I have fallen in love with Oakdale. We are looking for a house to rent, but there doesn't seem to be very many available!

Our credit isn't that great (we should have listened to our parents!), but we have a perfect rental history. We have 2 dogs and a cat so anywhere we rent would have to be pet friendly. We can afford up to $900 a month and we don't have any children. We both work full-time and aren't on any sort of public assistance.
