FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A South Valley medical marijuana collective earned another victory in court.
Pot grower files restraining order against Tulare Co
A judge granted Richard Daleman a temporary restraining order against Tulare County. It prevents county officials from seizing medical marijuana plants on his property.
Daleman is allowed under state law to have the plants on his five-acre property -- but the county ordinance does not allow it. He rents out his land to roughly forty medical marijuana card holders. More than four-thousand plants grow on the property.
The judge ruled the county's eradication of the plants would negatively affect Daleman's business.
Another hearing is scheduled for next month.

abclocal.go.com Awesome..A judge that does not have his head in the sand as far as patients rights. We the people voted to allow medical marijuana this includes the rights of patients to have safe access to quality medicine.
Buying from dealers is not always pleasant.. And we hate the fact that the money made from buying ones medicine, could be funding organized crime.
We would much rather get our medicine from others that are in our situation. Others that use the herb and want nothing but a safe clean source of medial grade marijuana. There is no worry about what chemicals and pesticides were used. We would much rather have organically grown, cared for and loved marijuana. Growers that do it because they need it as medicine themselves make sure to properly care for the plant. In fact they are normal people that perhaps you may know.. They are decent, law abiding, and upstanding members of their neighborhoods.
