Martin Carlson: A Stalker Story

Take Me To Post Comment Form

By Linda Taylor.

Back in the eighties, the rock group RATT came out with a hit song called “Round and round”. It was number 12 on the Billboard Music Chart in 1984. In psychology, round and round can sometimes refer to a cycle of dysfunctional behavior that repeats itself over and over again.

Martin Monroe Carlson seemed to have appeared out of thin air. He slowly began following me around the internet basically agreeing with everything I said. If I commented on an article he would comment. If I went to multiple newspaper sites and made multiple comments, he would to. About 8 months into the stalking he started sending me Facebook friend requests. I declined them. He would send more. I would decline them. He sent more and I declined those too. He then started asking me to ‘friend’ him on Facebook. When I declined he became enraged. He became aggressive, threatening and abusive. Often attacking me on the subjects he previously agreed with me on. His behavior became increasingly erratic and bizarre, all while claiming to be a former law enforcement officer. He worked as a reserve bailiff in San Joaquin County.

He now claims to be...

What is a stalker: any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows or harasses another person and who makes a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of his or her immediate family is guilty of the crime of stalking.

Carlson is connected to Warren Yates. It looks like Yates is a private investigator and former Oakdale Police Officer that was employed by Eduardo Quintanar, Jr. He's one of the CHP officers allegedly involved in the Korey Kauffman murder. Yates was posting information online about the murder, potentially jeopardizing his own clients case, so what did he do? He quit after deciding to become a "cub" reporter. Warren Yates, a former Oakdale Police Officer is personally attacking Linda online while supporting Frank Carson that is in jail for the murder of Korey Kauffman. Yates is on Carson's side.

Martin Carlson, Warren Yates, and from what I understand, some cranksters, are taking their wild conspiracy theories to the airways. Yes another podcast! (Que the the Twilight Zone theme song.)

As if more then a handful of people will listen in. We all know where this road leads, over a cliff, Thelma and Louise style. I can picture Warren Yates as Thelma and Martin Carlson as Louise holding hands as they drive off into la la land. Another podcast? How original. What has been the fate of most conspiracy theorists in this group? Ask Carmen Sabatino or Robert Stanford. But hey..ranting is the new black, right boys?

What a shocker, the same small group of people in this county don't like our DA, The Sheriff, cops, investigators, Christians, the tooth fairy, the Modesto Bee, or anyone else that stands in the way of attempting to con the public into believing their manifesto's.

Some of them have a long sordid history. Several have been arrested and charged with serious crimes like kidnapping, conspiracy, corruption and murder. Some of them either break the law themselves or work for those who do. And it's a maze of interesting connections and interactions.

It is people like this that will say and do anything to feed their overweening ego's. And when small groups are this far out there, they are easy to infiltrate by people with a specific agenda. Enter the stalker... Martin Monroe Carlson clearly pointed out that he didn't know any of these people prior to stalking me. He admits this through rantings on his Dog blog. Now he knows them all. Why? What purpose does it serve? Did I mention his friends list read like a who's who in drug trafficking? That most of his friends were connected to pro druggie groups such as NORML and The Drug Policy Alliance. I would bet he's been following me around because of my anti drug stance for years. Probably since the Modesto Bee had their blogspot The Hive.

So this group is now supporting Frank Carson. It was AJ, now Frank Carson, who's next ISIS? And they have a new member, a stalker named Martin Monroe Carlson.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to law abiding citizens.

It is a dimension as vast as an overweening ego and as timeless as criminal behavior.

It is the ground on the other side of truth and reality. It lies between the pit of man's stupidity, his agenda and his infinite ignorance to reason.

A dimension where truth and reality have fallen sloppy dead, and bizarre manifesto's come to life complete with paranoid queens yelling "off with their heads!

This is an area we call The Twilight Zone.

Martin Carlson and a deranged dog blog.

lindataylor commented on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 15:40 PM

Martin Carlson apparently has angered some other people enough over his deranged dog blog that he had to be protected by law enforcement from someone that showed up at the Carson trial wanting to kick his asp. lol. Karma. Interesting to note I heard...some of the same law enforcement officers that were there to help Carlson, are the same officers he's been lying about on his deranged dog blog. Hey Carlson. How does it feel to be dogged? Ruff ruff.

I heard Warren Yates told Carlson "Yeah, I would have slapped my chin down onto that guy’s fist and hit him in the knee with my nose, if I wouldn't have ran."

From my response to Carlson's rant:

Carlson wrote: “Where would a lay person get an affidavit for a search warrant? Well the rest of the report may explain that.”

Linda’s response: I didn’t have one. I never said I had one. Although I do vaguely remember seeing some paperwork possibly about a raid on David Nelson’s house.

I actually found the paperwork I mention in my response. I received it from someone in bail industry.

It is the Indictment of David Nelson from a Grand Jury.

Its dated October 5th, 2006.

It say's the Grand Jury charges that: David Nelson defendant herein, on or about September 14th 2006, in the county of Stanislaus, State and Eastern District, did knowingly and intentionally distribute 5 or more grams of methamphetamine, a schedule 2 controlled substance in violation of title 21, United States code, Sections 841 (b), 841(1)(B).

Affidavit in Support:

"On September 7, 2006, a Confidential Reliable Informant, (CR1), at the Direction of the Stanislaus Drug Enforcement Agency purchased approximately a quarter pound of methamphetamine from David Nelson, at Nelson's residence...CR1 went in with $2500.00 and exited approximately 5 minutes later with a quarter pound of crystal methamphetamine."

On September 14, 2006 CR1 again met with Nelson at XXXXX. At that time Nelson provided CR1 with approximately one quarter pound of crystal meth in exchange for $2500.00."

He sold meth to a drug informant twice.

From what I was told... David Nelson was working for AJ Bail bonds at the time and was working as an informant for the DA's office. Nelson was given inside information that a raid was going to take place at his residence.

This isn't a search warrant affidavit.

lindataylor commented on Tuesday, Jun 28, 2016 at 19:50 PM

No it isn't.

As I said Martin Carlson seems to have appeared out of thin air. (He didn't, he just made it look like he did)

When he first started following me around the internet I was able to check out his Facebook page and his friends list. He has an interesting group of friends. It's a who's who in the pro druggie world. Shock shock.
